On March 1, 2023, Archroma, a global leader in sustainable specialty chemicals and solutions, announced it has closed the acquisition of the Textile Effects business from Huntsman Corporation. We are now known as Archroma Textile Effects.

The acquisition brings about combined product portfolios that are highly complementary, offering to fashion brands and the global textile industry the high performance they expect, whilst respecting natural resources and the planet.
