General Purchase Terms & Conditions for Archroma Entities
An integral part of the relationship Archroma and its subsidiaries and affiliates has with its suppliers is the terms and conditions under which that relationship is governed. Except to the extent Archroma has explicitly agreed in writing, the terms and conditions detailed below, based on the country of the purchaser designated in the order, will apply to all purchases made by Archroma. Archroma requires all its suppliers to agree to these terms and conditions as a condition of purchase.
Except as explicitly required by law, the English language version of the terms and conditions shall prevail and any terms and conditions that are in languages other than English are provided for information and convenience only.
